Ross Steele is a passionate communicator and energetic pastor who exists to ignite a generation with the awe and wonder of Jesus Christ. As a husband, dad of twins, and church leader, Ross carries a contagious faith and a message rooted in biblical truth, Holy Spirit fire, and real-life application.

Whether preaching to hundreds at conferences or mentoring young adults one-on-one, Ross is known for his raw authenticity, humor, and ability to connect with people right where they are. He currently serves as a Campus Pastor and a Young Adults Pastor at Life Church and leads the Revision Conference, a catalytic movement inspiring students and leaders across Indiana to step into their calling with boldness.

Ross speaks at youth and young adult events, church leadership gatherings, and revival nights. His messages call people to live countercultural lives, develop resilient faith, and walk in the fullness of their God-given purpose.
